Remote Support Session

Please contact in advance to arrange a remote support session. Payments must be made in advance securely over an encrypted server using PayPal, and one of our technicians will contact you and give you step by step procedures on how to repair your computer. We wont charge you on how long it takes to solve the problem, it will be a fixed cost of, £24.99

There may be instances where it may be more convenient to use remote assistance to help you, for example: removing viruses or fixing a problem inside Windows.

To assist you with this method, you will need a free software called 'TeamViewer'
Here's how to set it up so we can connect to you:

1. Download TeamViewer by clicking here
2. Give us your 'ID' and 'Password' when we request it

3. We will then try and connect to your computer with the ID and Password provided by yourselves

4. After we have finished assisting you, you may close TeamViewer and remove it - rest assured, once you close it, another password is automatically generated so we will not be able to connect again
